The living areas 

The large Kitchen breakfast room is fully equiped with sufficient kitchenware for 10 people. There is a large range cooker, a microwave and a toaster for all your cooking needs. It has  large fridge and a dishwasher along with lots of cupboard space. The kitchen is very well equiped with most utensils avialable as well as glasses, crockery and cutlery.

The entrance hall is largely original with exposed walls, the original staircase and door leading to the utilty. The floor is also original and made from terracotta tiles called tomates.

In the Utility area you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer along with a Freezer. There is also an iron and ironing board in the boiler room

The Living Room has the benefit of large french doors leading out to a balcony and steps down to the terrace. There is a Television with UK satilite stations so you can keep upto date with whatever you were watching at home as well as a DVD with some DVD's provided.  You can sit in comfort on the 3 leather settees whilst listen to the CD player and there are some small chairs for the children

The dining rooms is a large tradional french dining room with an original charantaise fireplace and a small cupbord in the corner. Two walls have been left exposed to enhance the tradional environment and a tiled floor. There is a large table and seating for ten as well as an equiped sideboard
